Breakfast was hit and miss - one day it was excellent; the other, only
so-so. Much better than your typical free motel breakfast, but not on
par with a real B&B. -
Shuttle service and drivers were excellent! A bag with juice and fruit at the front desk in the morning for our very early departure to the airport, loved this!

Everything about this hotel is good - staff is friendly, informative and helpful; there's a free airport shuttle; the room and facilities were spotless; the bed was comfortable; there was plenty of hot water; the lighting was good for reading and working. I'd stay here again in a minute! -

This was our second stay with Hyatt Place. We liked everything about the hotel. Everyone from maintenance to management were very friendly. The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the freeway. Can't wait for our next trip to Portland! -

The hotel, though a bit far from downtown Portland, is conveniently located right next to the light rail/bus station, so getting around the city is fairly easy. The hotel was clean enough and pretty much what I expected from an Econo Lodge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were efficient and unobtrusive. The room was clean with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, clock radio, of course cable, and there is a washer and dryer available as well as sauna.

Pony Soldier was a very easy, reasonably comfortable hotel we booked for a 1 night stay on our way to Vancouver, BC from Portland, OR. It was budget friendly, had breakfast the next morning if we had had the time to say, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff is great! We had some problems with our room at first & Jon was so very helpful & continued to be throughout our stay. One of the maids that came in to help us with the sink problem was very nice also. Front desk people were all we could ask for. Thank you all so much! -

My husband and I stayed at your motel for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been more happier with our room. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. The staff was very nice a.d helpful as well. The room was everything and more that we wanted. We would would stay there again for sure next time we want to get away. If you like a softer bed, the King Mattresses are updated and quite

We stayed for one week and were very pleased. The facilities are very clean, there are complimentary washers and dryers for traveler use and each morning a hot breakfast is offered. Three days a week there is an evening "happy hour" which is substantial enough to serve as dinner. We love the Staybridge Suites.

the 2 ladies at the front desk were most helpful and friendly. they helped get me back to the hotel after I dropped off my rental car, they reserved the van for the next morning and booked our wake-up call for the next morning. they were both very, very courteous and helpful after a long day. -

We arrived pretty late, but were thankful to have a friendly shuttle driver to get us to the hotel. It was just a quick stay - 1 very short night, but the beds were great, it was very clean, quiet and breakfast in the morning hit the spot. Everyone was very nice and helpful. -
