Very comfortable. Staff was friendly and excellent. Reading reviews before we went were terrible and I was Leary about our stay, but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised and happy. Our room was clean, housekeeper Betty was wonderful the staff was awesome and the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pools and our stay overall was wonderful. -

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well -

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

I loved all of the pools. The kiddie pool was a hit with my four year old daughter. There were three hot tubs, One outside and two inside. The bowling alley was really nice. They played great music videos that were kid friendly. The atmosphere was great and the prices were reasonable. I also loved my room. The view was amazing. I Like the idea of being close to the ocean but not in a very high building,I enjoyed the parade that was displayed on the weekend that we were there and and how close it was to the shops. -

Everything was great...I would stay again it wasn't to far from the beach...I was there for my stepson wedding and they used the Base Receation Center at Market Commons which was about 10minutes or less away...just will get a larger room next time.. other then that I will stay there again...the reviews wasn't true it's a really nice place... -
