The property was clean, spacious, safe and generally well equipped.
Facilities and services compare very well to the Copley Plaza in Boston
& other 5 star places I've stayed. Truely an 'old world
quality' facilty for 1/3 the price. -

Convenient and located near airport and restaurants. Good room service
and friendly staff. Internet friendly, and rooms were clean and stocked
with mini-fridge for leftovers; as well as a microwave. Nice bathroom

Staff were friendly and make you feel at home. I attended Kentucky Derby Marathon - when asked if shuttle available to take me downtown to the event, One of the staff member (sorry did not get the name) told - shuttle is for Airport only but she offered to take me herself downtown the morning of the race - Above and beyond customer services -

The continental breakfast could have had more perks (e.g., more coffee creamer flavors, sugar-free syrup, Splenda), but overall was very nice for the $$ and a nice space. Liked the inexpensive restaurant on-site. Hotel, not motel. Very reasonably priced for the accommodations. -

We went to Thunder over Louisville first time and we parked in the huge parking garage. We checked in early wich was great cause we were told by the staff that it fills up quickley for this event and we wlked straight out to to the river side and set up our chairs then went walking around checking out the city. The moment we arrived, your staff was very helpful. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.
