I appreciated the smoke free smell of the room. I was surprised to get a ride from the airport by car and not a shuttle bus. I had a modest breakfast and the coffee was exceptionally good with real milk. I could have had a variety of things to eat but I was in a hurry for a long drive home. The room with two king size beds was "WELL" worth the expense. Close to the airport, important for a whirlwind trip such as mine. Very accommodating staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was cheerful and happy--lots of genuine kindness and smiling faces. Especially the night GSR/manager Courtney. What a wonderful person. We felt welcomed and cared for. Great location too, with easy access. -

Pretty much everything was good about Hawthorn Suites. The room was
large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any
problems so we can't comment on how these would have been dealt with
- but I would have been very surprised if they hadn't dealt with
them perfectly. -

Despite earlier negative reviews, I found the hotel to be clean, the
staff friendly and the room prices just right. Breakfast was better than
expected- no day old donuts and stale cereal! The location is great-
just off 75. I'm glad I didn't believe the reviews. -

very clean and not scary at all compared -
We truly enjoyed the 360 degree restaurant, along with its amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We actually looked forward to seeing them each morning! We also dined there on one of our 5 nights, and were treated to a delightfully prepared meal and stellar service. The beds were comfortable, parking was free and the reception staff were very accommodating. We will stay here again and recommend it to friends.
