The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we
requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about
our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. -
Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

Cory especially when I checked in at almost midnight. He was there when I checked out at 7:15 am and was just as nice.. A long night for him . Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. What a diamond ambassador he is for Hampton Inn!

The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was very good. Perfect hotel for travellers who stop over for a night or two as hotel location is near the airport. It's free airport shuttle services are good and frequent. I can highly recommend the hotel. -

Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. Room is very big, amazingly comfortable beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and excellent shower. Very good value for money. -
