The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. It was such a luxury staying at your hotel. We had just arrived from
several weeks in Africa and felt we were treated like royalty!! Service

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. Хороший большой пляж и бассейны - Это не 5-звездочный отель. Отель очень старый. Плохая уборка в номере. Так же очень все старое: вся мебель потертая, вся сантехника очень старая. Окна в номере не открываются - заткхлый запах. Но очень большая территория отеля: пляж, бассейн, травка.
