хорошие кровать и постельное бельё, тишина. нас ожидали халаты, тапочки,

сотрудник отеля встретил прямо при входе в аэропорт с табличкой, провел
без очереди через контроль (в дубайском аэропорту при въезде
досматривают багаж). выбранного номера не было, поэтому сделали
бесплатный апгрейд и заселили в джуниор сьют. очень удобно, если длинная
стыковка и хочется поспать :) -
довольно просторный номер, в номере утюг,доска,халаты,тапочки,предметы личной гигиены(шампуни,щетка,расческа,шапочка и т.д.)вода,чай,кофе,фрукты.Очень тихо и спокойно. В ванной есть душ,беде,туалет(все в одной комнате).Интернет от сети. Российских каналов нет.Персонал говорит не говорит на русском.

Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.
We have stayed here a few times now and every room that we have had has been of very high quality - we only book a "standard" room but it really is quite luxurious -
Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. It was such a luxury staying at your hotel. We had just arrived from
several weeks in Africa and felt we were treated like royalty!! Service
was fantastic and very friendly. Close enough to metro and airport.

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many
