  The friendly welcome from Natalie, a good sized room that was spotlesslyclean and nicely furnished and decorated. The breakfast - I do not thinkyou would get better anywhere - it was fresh cooked to order. It was ina good location, easy walking distance from the station and close to thecity centre too. The room was decorated to a high standard and was modern and fresh looking. Staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent and plentiful. The location was ideally situated for both the city centre and the railway station. Would definitely recommend based on our stay and will be back on our next visit.

  Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashbourne House. The room was fantastic and very inviting. The breakfast was very good and included many choices. Also, they provided us with a babycot and a highchair. There was a variety of complimentary teas and coffee in the room along with a clean water pitcher and cups. Also, we really liked its location... что говорят » . I would highly recommend this BandB to anyone!! - We had two different types of rooms which were both extremely well kept and very clean. There was an excellent selection for breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance of the city and not too far from other attractions. Paul and Julie were welcoming and helpful when we needed information during our stay. I would recommed this hotel to anyone.

  I informed the owners of my arrival time which was after their cut off, but they were there to greet us with a map of the city and some extra local tips.(other reviews suggest being left stranded by the owners, I would suggest these people didn't inform them of late arrival!) The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of lighting, a TV, - The friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing especially the scrambled egg! It was great to be able to leave the car parked for our stay and walk to everything. We also found the information folder very useful. Loved all the photos of York around the place and Zoe was really helpful with advice on where to go and places to see. We also loved the smell of the bread baking for breakfast which we woke up to each morning. My wife and I both enjoyed

  The Acer was the cleanest BandB I have had the pleasure to stay in. The room and en-suite were immaculate and the breakfast was superbly cooked.
