  We were attending my sisters wedding and this Premier Inn was local, excellent value and great quality. The facilities were good and kept clean and tidy. The food in the adjacent "Bulls Head" pub was excellent. What really made the stay special was the incredible reception staff. Got to know Rehan, Alan & Les quite well, but the three ladies, Nathalie, Sophie & Victoria were exceptional. The - superb staff/receptionist nothing too much trouble. Good large comfortable bed and room including bathroom nice and clean, breakfast, we had full English and was really tasty very good value. This was our first visit and we will certainly visit again well done

  We have stayed at Pymgate Lodge on three separate occasions. That speaks for itself. The level of service was very high. Leda and Razvan look after us in a very competent and courteous manner.   The reception staff were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff helped organise a family dinner and made it special. Planes not an issue.   The staff were superb. They were very helpful and friendly and were always there to help out. This was the same in the restaurant/pub next door. This was also a bonus as they served an excellent breakfast here which was available until 10:30am.
