Barbara, Graham and Ruby the dog were the best hosts. They were very welcoming and accomodating. On arrival they brought a pot of tea and cake to our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also piping hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. They also noticed i left my bluberries and rasberries out of my fruit salad the first day so left them out the second day. This is one of the best guest house ever. I book this guest house because of the beautiful flower in the picture. Didn't expect a wonderful room inside.
The room is very clean from carpet to the towel and the toilet is in perfect condition.
In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner.

Staff exceptionally friendly, called ahead before we arrived and we were allowed to check in early, which was a welcome relief. Rooms were exceptionally clean, airy and modern. The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

Lovely warm welcome from Sue and Grant who are very welcoming and
chatty, we had two rooms and both were beautifully decorated and
spotlessly clean throughout, the B&B is in an ideal position within
easy walking distance of the town but far enough out so as not to be

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by Sue and
Grant. Grant even helped with our cases (you don’t get that level of
service at a Premier Inn). We had a lovely room on the first floor at
the front of the b+b that had been refurbished to a very high standard.
A full choice of breakfast was available, cooked really well by Grant.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Won’t hesitate in booking again.

Everything the place was lovely the people are fantastic so welcoming I was there with my husband for our anniversary and the host bought us some lovely chocolates and a card.. Will be returning in the new year had a very relaxed and enjoyable week end.. Breakfast was fantastic certainly kept u goin for the day.. Beds are so comfy u don't wanna get up :-)
