Everything the place was lovely the people are fantastic so welcoming I was there with my husband for our anniversary and the host bought us some lovely chocolates and a card.. Will be returning in the new year had a very relaxed and enjoyable week end.. Breakfast was fantastic certainly kept u goin for the day.. Beds are so comfy u don't wanna get up :-)

Faboulous very british beach esplanade hotel, absolutely spotlessly clean all over. The fantastic attentive service was very unbritish, you just had to slightly lift one eyebrow and there were somebody there immediately :-) I am well travelled and have only experienced something similar at one other hotel namely the Shangri La Valley Wing in S'po

The sea view was great and location was good, extremely friendly and helpful staff and felt very welcomed and they couldn't be more helpful. Everything was as I expected and wasn't let down by anything.

The owners! We really liked Mary and John and found them very helpful, outgoing and easy to get on with. You don't have to be mad to stay there - or like gnomes - but it helps!

Everything basically was to our taste, excellent hosts, John & Mary couldn't have been more helpful. Great welcome, we arrived early but told to come in - no problem! A great location for all our needs; free parking, buses, walk-in-centre/A&E across the main road, shops, pubs, restaurants all in good walking range, even for olds like ourselves! Certainly recommend Park Edge for happy people! Will hopefully come again next year should the skeletons still be functional! Thanks Mary &

Everything! When we arrived the room was ready 2 hours early. Jane had mades us a cake as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. and were given tea/coffee and cakes in the lounge. There were 2

Lovely warm welcome from Sue and Grant who are very welcoming and
chatty, we had two rooms and both were beautifully decorated and
spotlessly clean throughout, the B&B is in an ideal position within
easy walking distance of the town but far enough out so as not to be
noisy. The full English breakfast was very nice and the Juice and coffee

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by Sue and
Grant. Grant even helped with our cases (you don’t get that level of
service at a Premier Inn). We had a lovely room on the first floor at
the front of the b+b that had been refurbished to a very high standard.
A full choice of breakfast was available, cooked really well by Grant.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Won’t hesitate in booking again.

Very friendly, comfortable and stylish accomodation. Excellent value for money. Local pub (5 mins walk) has great atmosphere and good food. Lola the dog is the star of the show! Could not recommend this property more.
