Having stayed at the hotel before the refurb and enjoyed it the new look is excellent. Comfy and modern we very much enjoyed our stay, leisure facillities better then most gyms, excellent food in both the pub area and more formal resturant. My husband and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. Staff are very friendly/helpful, cleanliness is excellent, peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was first class. We would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn in the future and recommend it to anyone. -

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. We were part of a wedding party and we all had a very good time. This hotel was perfect for us, with two boys aged 12 & 13, good sized room, everything you need for a stop over, good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were lovely and helped us find somewhere for an evening meal as the pub next door was extremely busy. Fantastic value for money and in a nice location with lots close by. -

The receptionist was very helpful and sorted out a problem over the layout of the twin/double room very quickly. The pub next door had good quality food, although we did have to wait 30 mins for a table

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in all areas. The room was spacious and basic but had all the necessities and was clean and well serviced. Bathroom lovely. Meals were tasty and well prepared and presented. Breakfast outstanding. Location almost in the town centre but in a country setting. Car parking very convenient. -

The room was also very quiet: I couldn't hear my neighbours until I went into the corridor. The receptionist who checked me in was super-helpful and welcoming.

We used this hotel for a few nights two weeks on the run and both visits were good. The rooms were comfortable and clean., the staff very pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts excellent. Really convenient for the motorway and other places we wished to visit. Good car parking, plenty of spaces -
