The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function.

has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the
average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to
chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next
to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station
with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx.
15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are

I like the hotel-based apartment, and the privacy you get there. It was
also very-clean and well-arranged. A good value for the money -
The bed was ok and the staff nice and helpful. And there where parking spot available to guess -

Included breakfast is easy going self-serve (coffee from the machine is a bit meh)
Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which is always handy given the restrictions on liquids when flying. On that note, the shower in the room was excellent -

- Very clean, room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every time.
- Beautiful hotel for those who want a "classy" hotel with good prices.
- The staff was very friendly and they really knew what they were doing.
- Room contained every thing we needed: television screen, small table, a sofa bed, an iron, an air conditioner, etc ...
- Bathroom was really clean and good.
- Breakfast was the best

We had a large 4-bed family room which was ideal for our needs. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the free parking was a great bonus. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful.
