  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient!   The whole atmosphere was good and my wife and i immediately were able to relax from the the time we entered the hotel. The spa facilities were really good and the location from the town was just right. The staff were so helpful. and always had a smile for you. We even had a welcome from the hotel cat (at least we thought it was from the hot... что говорят » el ) - The service was always pleasant and friendly. The whole place was nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night, so very restful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  Everything was outstanding, we have'nt stopped in the giltar for a few years, but on our arrival I was amazed at how different it was. It said on the web site that it was being refurbished, it was stunning. The minibar & the lounge was so comfortable, once I sat there I didnt want to move, the rooms were so clean & beautifully refurbis... что говорят » hed, my dad had a single room. And it was all brand new. The staff are all really friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. Everything about our stay - We love Tenby and normally stay in another hotel but went for Giltar this time. Hotel is lovely, and in middle of refurbing the rooms which will make all the differecne when all rooms are upgraded. We, unfortunately did not have one of these rooms, but we did have a sea view. Breakfast was very nice, good quality foods, excellent staff service and good coffee!!

  Staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly, and the place had a very nice chilled-out atmosphere. The hostel looked a little 'retro' from the outside but inside is modern with very good facilities (what looked to be brand new shower rooms etc). Remember to bring your own shampoo and bath cream as it's not provided but there is a soap dispenser.
