The sauna, steam room and swimming facilities in this hotel are great.Even better than some five star ive stayed in. Close to shopping and ashort ride to wellington's bars and clubs. - The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, an excellent hotel and i'm sure i'll stay there again.

We were actually booked out to the Holiday Inn as Grays Hotel decided to close for christmas but on check in at The Holiday In we received an ungrade to a deluxe room and the staffon reception were really helpful and great. - Freindly and helpful staff. comfortable and reasonable value with the Breakfast package. I would
also like to commend the staff at the Beefeater Restaurant next door
(where we had breakfast) as they could not do enough for us. In
particular a lady called Karen.

Very comfortable room with on-suite shower, and all the facilities I needed, including free parking. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location was good for the International Centre as well, just a short drive or 20 min walk. The Lion pub just outside the Uni was also welcoming and good for an evening meal and a drink. -

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, I very much enjoyed chatting with Peter.
The location is just outside of town, away from the noise of traffic and with nice views of the countryside.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with the coffee machine in the room.
For breakfast I chose the "full english" and I found it outstanding.
For me it was a great base for a visit to Ironbridge and to the RAF museum at Cosford.
I would go back again, maybe on the road that will take me to Scotlan

This is a perfectly wonderful place that really takes you back to another time and place. We loved all of the attention to details. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished.
We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious!
We also want to thank the owners for being so kind to us. It was raining one morning and we got a ride into town to the conference center. That was extremely helpful and considerate!
