  Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

  Top quality hotel at very reasonable rates. Modern comfortable rooms well furnished with all facilities including iron and ironing board. (why don't all hotels provide this?) Modern clean bathroom with powerfull shower as well as full size bath and no shortage of hot water.   We liked the fact that Premier Inn does exactly what it advertises it does: provides clean, comfortable, economy accommodation. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Every single staff member - from desk staff to cleaners - was pleasant, approachable and went out of their way to help. Everyone had obviously had good training wh - We stayed for 4 days, all the staff were very friendly, and liked to have a chat, but they were very efficient and made sure we had all we wanted. We enjoyed the breakfasts which had plenty of choice, cereals toast, full english everything you could want. We also had an evening meal which was lovely.The room was clean and comfortable.   The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The room was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. The later checking out time - 12pm- is great as is the left luggage facility which meant we could... что говорят » explore the city for the 5 hours we had before our train home. The staff were universally helpful - would definitely come here again. - The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain. Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.
