  We enjoyed our short break immensely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and were always recognised when we came into the hotel by the staff on duty. The facilities were great-suited our needs perfectly.   The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - anywhere. Lovely room - great hospitality tray including your own fresh coffee. Bathroom was great - plug/combined tap was a bit hard to fathom at first but modern bathroom appliances are a steep learning curve for some and easy for others. The room and property were a bit of peace and quiet away from the seafront noise of Sidmouth itself - and yet only a bus ride or - We stayed in the heather suite which was very comfortable, nicely decorated and relaxing. Nice jacuzzi bath. We had evening meal ( additional cost) that was outstanding, the food and surroundings.
