  Appearance and location, modern looking. Very attractive restaurant and bar with excellent menu and the food well presented and high quality. Rooms well furnished but would still like to see more 'closet' space though only needed if staying for more than a few days, Staff were all very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working in this hotel.... что говорят » It was a surprise to see the Manager actually around the hotel, and helping out when extra help was required. - Best nights sleep I've ever had... would highly recommend it - the customer service was exceptional from the moment you walk into the lobby to when you check out..well worth the extra money. :)

  We stayed in an executive room before heading to Thorpe Park for my boyfriend's 30th (clinging desperately to youth through the medium of log flumes and roller coasters). It was a lovely room with a really nice bath in the bedroom itself and a lovely shower. We had breakfast and ate there the night before as well; both meals were delicious. Rea... что говорят » lly friendly staff and handy location for what we needed. Would definitely recommend. - We were going to kempton park racecourse and wanted to make a night of it. The hotel was perfect 5 mins from the course, own parking (limited spaces) lovely big bar with plenty of tables. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast in the morning was superb we wished we had tried an evening meal as well!
