Very clean rooms with TV and tea/coffee making facilities Central location close to shops and public transport. All at a price that knocked spots off the competition. - Very helpful and friendly staff, spacious room at a very good price ( very rarely seen these days), good breakfast and real coffee. A very quiet and safe hotel ( I stayed in Ibis network hotels before and this one was by far the best) Air conditioned worked well , a bit noisy I might say, but it was comfortable

  We were really impressed with the staff. Your receptionist on the day @ 12 noon was very helpful & friendly. We were given room 401 & as we entered the maintenance guy came & apologised that he had just been informed there was a problem with the window & promptly got our room changed to 403 even going the extra mile & getting t... что говорят » he new room key for us excellent customer service. - great value for money if bought well in advance reasonable position to entertainment centre, its basic + hotel very clean , staff friendly, my room was over a major road , but never heard traffic , breakfast @ 4.95 was continental style but eat as much as you like , and special snack deal was good valye sandwich snack dink & fruit @3.95. would have no hesitation staying there again
