A Little more refinement without costing much. Perhaps have have soft music playing in restaurant and bar area Attention to detail and prep with food eg no horseradish sauce and had to ask for mustard eat none offered. Cheese board bland just literally cheese and biscuits. Needed accompniments ue grapes celery and butter. Bread and butter was missing one morning and had to be fetched from sister hotel this is just poor organisation. But the staff were love
