  The friendliness of the staff, being able to use the spa and gym, relaxing atomosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. - Service was excellent, staff couldn't do enough for us. Facilities really nice. Local area great for relaxing.

The kitchenette area was very useful and well planned. The fan was a welcome addition to the room as the windows don't open so without the fan the room would have been too hot.   The Gardeners Lodge B&B has only one room, but what a room! The room is very clean and tidy and has the allure of a four star hotel. You will receive a warm welcome from the young owners. There are free tea and coffee making facilities and a free bottle of water. In the morning - What an absolute little Gem this is. Admittedly, when you first arrive, things seem a little unusual, as you are led through the garden to what looks like a converted garage but once inside, it really is home from home. Lovely comfy bed, very secure and peaceful, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent (especially as it was served in my room - couldn't have been better). I would have no hesitation recommending the Gardeners Lodge to anyone - you will certainly be made to feel very welc
