Price and location in central London was excellent - the hotel is very central just off oxford street the staff were very helpfull and the rooms were very comfortble and came with a hairdryer iron and ironing board i will use it again

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

Для нас не был щабронирован требуемый номер с двумя раздельными кроватями.Правда гостиница предоставила номер на первую ночь в другом отеле. Неудобства были связаны с необходимостью переезжать. - Made to feel at home. Close to underground station.staff very friendlyand helpful. Bed very comfortable - Perfect location for our needs.

I have stayed at La Suite many times now and am always so impressed by the standard of comfort in the rooms, the facilities offered and the value for money.
