The warm welcome by the efficent staff the food was good the facilitiesprovided by the hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the village hotel - the staff were friendly and willing to help. The leisure facilities were great, lovely steam room and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again.

Ican remember when you were standing 6 deep to get served for lunch soplease get it right again also I dont know weather its the credit crunchbut little things that show good touches are missing like night drinksbiscuites you might not use them but they were there if needed and itslittle touches that count - friendliness of staff. lovely room. good

Could not fault it for lovely staff, fantastic food, value for money, room was great although a little too much furniture for the size of room, lovely view of the gold course from the furnished terrace (bit cold to sit out in December ha!!) comfy bed and really slept well and unlike most hotels the room was not too hot so you could not sleep!! Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.

Everything you need for a short stop is within the complex - spa treatments and nicely decorated facilities, an excellent Indian restaurant and courteous staff. We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox.
We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too.

Really enjoyed breakfast ,as our stay was very short we did not have time ti use leisure centre but heard it was very good - stay at the copthorne hotel merry hill 4or 5 times a year, always a good stay.

Stayed there 4 times staff extremely helpful, no problems with noise, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent - wouldn't stay anywhere else when in West Midlands. - The golf next to hotel,the staff excellent and very helpfull.The hotel is near all motorways.The food was good.

Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant.
