Hotel is superb, rooms are big, clean, staff very friendly. Also restaurants, bars in hotel are very good. I would like to recommend this hotel for everybody, who will visit Atherstone. - Staff very friendly and courteous, had a large family gathering and everyone made us feel very welcome.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Thanks to all at Park Cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts, James and Sandra were especially friendly and deserve mentioning. They recommended a couple of places to eat and we found this very helpful. Both Sandra and Jim were friendly, helpful, and making you feel welcome and at home. The set-up is very cosy and comfortable. Excellent cooked breakfast, with vegetarian option and plenty of healthy starters to choose from.

It was in the perfect location, within easy walking distance of everything. It was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Carolyn the owner is so helpful. she makes you feel 'home from home'. Breakfast is wonderful, full english highly recommended. we used the b & B for one night, before flying from Birmingham. carolyn kindly let us leave the car there for four day, short taxi ride to the airport. all in all a great place to stay and a great service. many thanks

The gardens are beautiful, it was a pleasure to be in such lovely surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recently refurbished so decor of a high standard, room of a good size, extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic view over the river. Although we were told the hotel was full, there was very little noise to disturb us. Nice touches include hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room, always very useful. - the inn was very old
