We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. A very spacious town house with views across the park, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished by the owners, it provided the perfect environment in which to enjoy the excellent service on offer.
Our hosts were at lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and attention to detail was at the heart of their provision.

Beechgrove is a delightful guest-house with welcoming hosts. It is in easy walking distance across the river from the city centre (and I am elderly, walking with a cane). It is therefore close to Perth's own attractions without any of the bustle of a town (and noise from passing traffic below can easily be blocked out). Scone Palace is not far away and can be easily accessed by car or bus.

the location of the Rowans is delightful. The view of the expanse of the countryside to the mountains beyond from the breakfast table was wonderful. Ann and George are great hosts, friendly, but not too much. They pitch it just right. the breakfast was really good too and the house is immaculate. I would definitely recommend the Rowans. -

This place is really a gem. My wife and I stayed at Benvrackie last week
and from all the places we stayed in Scotland this was by far the best.
Colin and Barbara went out of their ways to make our stay pleasant. The
room was new, big, clean and comfortable. And the breakfasts, oh, the
breakfasts. Colin is really a chef (don't miss out on his porridge

Communal areas and rooms finished to an incredibly high standard, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable and with lovely people running it. If there was a higher rating to select on the 'value for money' part, it would be getting selected. Wasnt sure what to expect of the hotel as the price seemed average but I was genuinely blown away by the finish

Megan was very friendly from the moment we arrived. Nothing was a problem to her, she is a credit to the Station House. We only had a small double as they were fully booked. This room was excellent as was the en-suite shower room. The whole place was spotlessly clean with fresh decor throughout. Continental breakfast was very good as well, makes a change from the normal Full Scottish.Have already recommended it to a few of our friends and we will be back.

1st class everything was as l would expect, this is the best accommodation l have ever stayed in and l will stay again before to long, the room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was just fantastic with such a choice, the grounds are immaculate and you can sit and watch the birds feeding from a lovely lounge area, l also liked the fact that there is an age restriction on the kids, no smoking and especially no animals, honestly can't wait to return
