  The location and especially the lawn/gardens at the rear - a real delight in the spring/summer. A real treat for our bedroom (112) to look out on the gardens. The seat on the window(sill) was a particular plus. Breakfast was good - liked the idea of cooked breakfast to order - dining area so light and welcoming.   I only stayed one night - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bright and cool.   As ever the location is absolutely brilliant. Pleasant staff providing a good service. As regular visitors we appreciated the efforts made to deal with the weekend breakfast issue when the hotel is full with wedding guests - by advising of the best time and warning that there might be delays. so on the Sunday morning we took a stroll into Sudbury... что говорят » & had a very nice breakfast in a coffee bar. - A pleasant day for our stay so enjoyed a good cream tea on the balcony followed by Pimms (it was a surprise 70th).   If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  I needed a b & b for a family celebration. I was traveling with my mother who is 91. I requested suitable accommodation for her and we had a single room on the ground floor with a handicapped bathroom. There were doors into the garden and we were close to the dining room for an excellent breakfast. Parking was available on the property and... что говорят » all in all we could not have been more comfortable. There were people staying of all ages. The house has been tastefully renovated keeping the char - Impeccably clean, tasteful, unfussy and well run, with every consideration given to providing for the comfort of guests; we saw that business people, families, a young couple, as well as us oldies were equally happy. Close to town for shops and cultural visits, but quiet location just a short drive from the coast.
