feast in the morning! There is a warm, homely atmosphere in the house

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were spacious even with the extra single bed brought into the room. The full size bed was very large and comfortable. For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Decent breakfast at the attached restaurant. -

The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and eggs to order. Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Although only staying for one night all staff were courteous and very friendly. Room was spotless and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. - Staff here extremely helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows comfortable.

The fact that my partner and i did not make it for breakfast after a rather late night an although check out time was stated at 10am, the staff left us till 12 ish ( much appreciated ) - Nice clean rooms, look as if they have recently been re decorated.

The staff were very welcoming an attentive. The room (#8) was huge with very comfortable superking four poster bed and lovely bathroom with clawfoot bath and separate modern shower. The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again soon
