  The hotel is dated, but in a very authentic, cultural type of way. We had the executive suit (Lamond) which we were surprised at in its size, comfort and cleanliness. I've never had a hotel with a Spa bath! The staff were exceptionally friendly (not unusual for Scotland though) and the breakfast was yummy - diet went out the window!   I have ticked exellent in every box above but it was your staff and breakfast that really says to me I would not look anywhere else for my next visit to glasgow,my stay was like being home from home, many thanks for having me. - The room was clean, cosy and comfortable.
