The meet and greet on arrival from bar staff initially to manager who took us to the suite (which was, to put it mildly, spacious and well appointed), and explained about parking. I loved my stay the suite was lovely ,view on to the street below ,staff very friendly ,food very good . Great breakfast best yogurt after 3 weeks travelling , Bathroom excellent. The lounge area of the suite is original Tudor black beams and very uneven floors it was great . I arrived with a very sore knee they helped out by getting ice and drinks brought to our room thank you so much . Also a nice touch freshly made biscuits and brownies left with the coffee making .

Excellent welcome from staff, room really cosy warm clean and comfy, towels and dressing gowns wonderfully warm and soft. Brilliant breakfast in the morning and couldnt do enough for you. Very intimate surroundings and would recommend to anyone, close to town for shopping and exploring shrewsbury -

The room was delightful with great decor mixing contemporary with classic giving a boutique hotel feel. I suspect there is little else in the area that is providing this kind of hotel experience and it is a shame that there are not more places of this standard for the price in the UK. The food was also excellent.

We had a wonderful reception once the owner, Irene discovered my wife is Brazilian and she was the first ever Brazilian guest nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room was large, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well-equipped , even to ironing board and trouser press, excellent Wi-Fi access , water in the fridge , tea-maker and a large TV. Particularly nice detail, as we checked out we received a small box of chocolates. We used it as a base following our visit to Ironbridge

The whole stay was an event. Checking in late meant having to enter the guest house by codes through gates made it very different. The room was well equipped and not what I expected bearing in mind the age of the property. Shower was hot and powerful after walking from the car park in the rain this was very welcome. The room was beautiful , fresh & excellently presented with respect for the period of the house.both breakfast & Dinner were beautiful, simple, stylish perfectly prepared & and presented. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tern Hill to anybody visiting that area. -

The whole experience was enjoyable. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, they really have thought of absolutely everything, and the breakfast was amazing.
