  The staff are friendly, easy access to a restaurant, the staff reserve a table for you should you wish to eat at the restaurant. As a PI guest, we had a voucher which gave us a buy one get one free at the restaurant which was great! Obviously, this was a promotion, so we're not sure how often this happens. Def would book again just for a chillout session. - The location next to the canal. Really friendly helpful staff. Had a disabled room at short notice on a bank holiday weekend. Have stayed at a few premier locations, but, I think this one rates very highly all round. Well done to all the staff from booking til leaving. Will be back !!!!!!!

  We arrived after a long journey which was held up by bad accident. Staff were friendly and welcoming and got our booking sorted quickly so we could relax and enjoy a meal and drinks at the bar. Bar staff were very accommodating and very helpful bearing in mind we were very tired. Any queries were quickly investigated and sorted. Excellent service ... что говорят » and up to the usual standard, thank you very much. - New, very clean and equipped with everything you need on a stop-off, spacious, well-thought- out rooms with plenty of towels, pillows, plug sockets etc. Theres a pub-grub type restaurant ideal for when youre just passing through and dont want to have to venture out, and breakfast was excellent. Great option for the money. - Absolutely brilliant experience. Knowledgable and friendly staff, who welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was second to none, restaurant very good. When my husband had a bit of a choking fit he was brought a glass of water without having to ask. Felt very looked after. Can't give you enough praise. Breakfast excellent too.

  Location - great for train station, city centre shopping and a 10 minute walk to De Monfort Hall. Do not be put off by the outside appearance of the building. Free parking and we were able to stay outside of the check-in/out times; we did ask and it was no issue at all. Direct access to Reception from car park. Buffet breakfast wa - The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot from the railway station and the city center. Breakfast is served from early in the morning till 10 a.m. If no hot food is left, the staff is ready to cook it for you very quickly. It is possible to leave the luggage in a secure area and collect it later. The hotel serves dinners till 9 p.m. The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet, has air conditioning and a table if you need to work. WiFi is available for additional price and works fast.

  Excellent value room (413) which was clean and tidy. Lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower Bed was comfortable but wish they would forfeit a little space for a king bed! We always stay here if the price is right when needing to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast included for £40 is unbeatable. I stayed in room 103 above the bar and there was no noise what so ever. The staff were friendly the rooms were well designed clean and comfortable. For the price it is one the best in it's class.
