The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious!

We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommen

We liked everything from our reception with a cup of tea & a scone, a delicious dinner which Tracy cooked for us despite it being her evening off, delightful The White House bath accessories, pleasant gardens to wonderful breakfasts. Highly recommended for everyone. Tracy has to be the best hostess.

I liked being welcomed in a most family-like manner by the host, Michael. The home was inviting, comfortable, and an extremely good price for such luxury. We stayed one night at Aylesbury house on our return from holiday. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden at the back of the house. The room was compact but quite adequate for one night's stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was nice attention to detail in the provision of toiletries in the bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was wonderful. No hesitation in recommending Aylesbury House.

We had an exceptionally warm welcome at this comfortable guesthouse. Decor was homely without being twee; breakfast was really good: homemade bread, top-quality ingredients. Although it's located a bit away from the centre of Margate, it was a pleasant walk along the seafront to the Turner Contemporary and the Old Town. Cannot recommend it highly

A warm welcome, Rob greeted me at the front door with my name and a smile. I had booked a single room but they upgraded me to a lovely Laura Ashley double room, that was cosy and beautifully decorated. This was a lovely gesture. The house is decorated beautifully throughout and full of period features. Breakfast was filling and very tasty. I was in Margate on business so I didnt explore the area but I would definitely stay here if I return again.
