  The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very efficient. The smallness of the hotel made it intimate and unique. The free breakfast was a great plus. The concierge was more than helpful. The concierge was attentive to our needs, from bringing coffee, arranging airport transfers, to booking last minute tickets. Breakfast in the luxurious dining room was excellent. A wonderful hotel!

Thanks to the weak pound sterling I could stay at this hotel. I have never met such a nice hotel like this in London before.   Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington.
