  Beautiful, quiet location high above the town of Shanklin, but only a5min walk to the middle of town and great restaurants. Hotel was clean,well presented, staff were very welcomming, helpful and a greatselection for breakfast.   I cannot praise the Fernbank enough. The owner could not have been more helpful or hospitable. The hotel is beautifully decorated cared for. The public areas were very relaxing to sit in. The room I stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. Although I did not use the pool it was very inviting. I am quite a fussy traveller and think the - The staff were excellent and made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Hotel was furnished well and very comfortable, lovely gardens to relax in if the weather was good and a very nice heated indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and plenty of it. The Fernbank delivers a high quality of service and comfort and we would certainly go back.

  We enjoyed our short stay immensely. The staff were very polite and friendly. Excellent food, tasty, healthy, great variety. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed, central heating. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area within an easy access to the station and the shops. The beach, Shanklin Chine and the old town are just a short walk... что говорят » away. - Rooms were of a high standard and well maintained. Bathroom was small but perfectly formed with an excellent shower. Tea and coffee were plentiful and they had mugs! Breakfast was excellent with a good selection well prepared. A beautiful building.

  Lovely room with attention to detail in decor and facilities. Excellent choices for breakfast including fresh fruit salad every morning. Fridge, fresh milk and use of dining room available for residents use.
