Everything! Beautiful 3 rooms. Privacy. Lovely homemade breakfast in room. Very clean.Lovely outdoors and town. Close to Falkland palace and hiking trails thru beautiful Scotland countryside. The apartment was spacious, immaculately presented and every detail seemed to have been considered to allow the visitor to simply relax and enjoy. From the flowing lay-out, to the tasteful décor and furnishings and the outside terrace and garden spaces - truly first-rate. -

Absolutely fantastic B&B, could not have wished for better! Jim and Liz were wonderful hosts, so welcoming and friendly. although i only had approx 8hrs there it was certainly one of the best places i have stayed in a long time ,its welcoming,warm , you feel like comfortable , rooms are good in every way the owners are brilliant food is good though had to miss some of my breakfast due to change of circumstances ,i would recomend pitreavie guest house to others ,i will certainly go back again for more than just one night

Seascape is really comfortable and a VERY relaxing place to stay. Matt makes you feel very welcome and we certainly felt totally at home. He also cooks a mean breakfast too! The location is great, a stones throw away from a lovely beach and the view across the Forth of Firth is amazing. Lower Largo is also a great wee place to stay with a good real ale pub and a couple of nice places to eat. We will be back, oh yes we will be back!

This B&B was a wonderful surprise. Sue and Len welcomed us as if were friends so that we hardly felt we were in a B&B! The room was smart and tidy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nicely laid out and you got choice of cooked breakfast as well., which was very tasty. The location was only 2 mins walk from the old golf course and within walking distance to the town centre. Jackie and Norman were very friendly and amenable.

Enjoyed the spa facilities.Golf steward helpful inensuring husband was able to go in ballot for old course. - the staff all made sure we were well looked after and looked out for us when returning a little late from golf. The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course
and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews
