  The staff were excellent couldn't be more helpfull. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with varied options, the owner feeds the birds and we were able to watch them while having breakfast and were lucky enough to see a woodpecker. I will have absolutely no problem with recommending to friends and family very highly on the facilities and hope very much to return in the not too distant future.

  Wow, what an amazing hotel, as we took the turn off to the hotel Rufflets appeared in all it's beauty exactly as the picture depicted on the net, it was stunning. The grounds were maintained to a very high standard and the room was decorated superbly. This was our favorite hotel of our month long trip to Europe and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore St Andrews, a car i - The size of our room was wonderful with a lovely bathroom, king bed and plenty of electrical outlets (often missing in other hotels). The breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked and there was a nice choice of entrees for a hot breakfast. There was optional turn-down service and shortbread cookies to enjoy with coffee in the room; WiFi functioned very well (also uncommon in other hotels).

  We were made to feel very welcome. It was all so genuine, there wasnever any feeling of the owners faking their smiles etc. - rooms where great, We loved the place, they could not do enough for us....we will be back .

  Gorgeous setting with lovely, hospitable hosts. The inn is very warm, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect time to interact with other interesting quests. It is a nice 15 minute drive to St. Andrews. We stay in B and B's frequently, and Kirkland Barns is among the best we have experienced! - This is really a home away... что говорят » from home with a lovely spacious bedroom, comfortable sitting room and elegant dining room all at the disposal of guests. The hosts were the best we have met in our year of travelling and our fellow guests were extremely pleasant to spend time with. A most enjoyable experience.

  Location was excellent- opposite the Marina & very close to the very good & informative Maritime Museum in Anstruther. The food at breakfast was wholesome tasty & served by a friendly staff member. I was staying on a B&B basis at the Waterfront. My room in the "Bakery" section of the hotel overlooked a delightful little courtyard... что говорят » The room was spotless with a comfortable bed & ensuite. No problems there. However on two nights I had a noisy family staying above me & coul - The staff were excellent, particularly with my 93 yr old mother whom I take away as often as I can from her sheltered accommodation. Finding a place that suits her is not at all easy. The Waterfront was ideal, even although the stairs posed a bit of a challenge. The next time, I will ask for her to have a room on the ground floor if that is possible. The food was very good and more than plentiful. There would be little chance of malnutrition. The rooms, whilst small, were very well appointed an

  Stayed along with other members of family. Karen, the owner + host, whose attention to detail was exceptional, couldn't have been more helpful. The house itself was spotless, cosy + warm (weather was very cold). Breakfast was varied + substantial + hot food freshly cooked to our liking. Lovely countryside location but close to St. Andrews also. - The person we met with to check-in was very friendly and explained everything well. The room was very tidy and the bathroom in particular was of a very high order, it looked new with a new powerful shower unit. The beds were also comfortable, and there was little-no road noise or other noise.
