We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy. Judy and chris were so friendly they made us feel completely at home. The room was fantastic, bed really comfy and all the comforts anyone would need. The house was beautiful with loads of character. Breakfast was brilliant so tasty and so much choice. Our stay was fab couldn't fault it. -

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Hazel was the perfect hostess. Nothing was a trouble, great advice on local walks etc, including maps & notes ( prepared by hotel).

The service was superb and nothing was too much trouble.
For example -asked for warm milk for coffee on first morning and this choice was remembered each succeeding morning. Local walks were helpfully printed for us. Both my wife and myself remarked that there was no cooking smell at mealtimes. The room was spotlessly maintained each day and used tea and coffee sachets replaced with same. We ate twice in the restaurant, the first time being for our 50th wedding anniversary and enjoyed beautiful

The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open.
Breakfast looked to have lovely fresh fruit, cereal and cooked. Wish I could have had some.

Astounding views of the Cornwall coast, Penzance and St. Michaels Mount from the dining room, guest lounge, and guest rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and came out to chat with us after serving breakfast. The breakfast was excellent--made-to-order and prepared fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.
