  The hotel is beautifully decorated, with excellent facilities. Our room was very comfortable, looked lovely and had doors opening onto a decking/garden area (just a shame it was raining the whole time!) The food and service in the restaurant is exceptional, as is the bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.   From arriving to leaving everything and everyone was excellent.The golf was very good (though rather slow, following a ladies friendly match). The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and was so quiet, particularly at night allowing for a good night's sleep. All the staff without exception were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This greatly enhanced the experience of our holiday.   The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.   We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches..   I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   We only stayed 1 night, We had a superior room and were very pleased as it was very clean and spacious. The separate spacious bathroom with a roll top bath and views down across the sea made this a very enjoyabale stay.   In general I found Tremough amazing value for money. We were very fortunate to have a whole flat between us...... so in essence 7 bedrroms!! The rooms were clean and the the kitchen had all we needed. We arrived very late on the BH weekend and the security staff were so helpful and even escorted us to the flats and helped us with our bags.   Staff very friendly and polite. The layout of the rooms is just amazing, they are not situated in just one building. They are all converted outbuildings i.e. The Granary, The Dairy, The Byre etc. Just amazing. I lived in Cornwall for 22 years, been to Lostwithiel many times but never been to the Golf and Country Club before.
