  Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities.   My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

  it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)

  Everything was great! The service was fine, as well as the hotel staff. Room was tidy and clean, with good acoustic isolation (no noise from the outside).
