This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -

The hotel was very clean! staff were friendly and helpful! london was really hot at that point and the room was nice and cool due to an air con which wern't noisey!the tv was a HD one with free veiw so there was always something to watch! breakfasts wern't too good but i was planning on going to get a full english down the road anyway! a great plac
