  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel).   I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all... что говорят » , everyone couldnt do enough to make us feel so at home.   The room was very goodd gave comfort after a long journey. The facilities in the executive room were excellent and I will be using again. The location was good and allowed walking after lunch.   We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. - The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed in the room.
