Welcoming staff and a really friendly place - Very nice hotel, clean and quiet, I would highly recommend it. Very pleasant staff.

I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.

Accommodation was of a very high standard. Meals were served with timed bookings so we got great service when we needed it but were left to enjoy our meal as each course arrived. - Staff were excellent. Very polite,friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends

The room had large windows overlooking the town of Pitlochry and the surrounding hills. It was a very quick walk to the city center, and we could walk across the river to the theatre from the hotel in about 15 minutes.

Our visit to this beautiful village of Pitlochry was actually made better by Pedro(The owner of Atholl Villa). A very personalised service, 5star rooms, a huge bathroom( which is a rarity in Scotland otherwise) , delicious breakfast made our stay at this place a truly mesmerising experience.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The breakfast service was very good and also very tasty. The location in the village was excellent with safe off street parking. We were on motorcycles and douglas the owner greeted us with pieces of wood to put under our sidestands.. a nice touch. Some nice recommendations on eating and touring as well.

Everything. This is a classy, charming and yet funky place!
beautifully decorated, very clean, and every staff member was kind and helpful and cheerful.
We were impressed with the breakfast room and beautifully laid out buffet. Hot a La carte dishes came swiftly, you could see through to the kitchen where the cook deftly juggled the pots and pans.
Our room was fabulous, refurbished to a modern high standard, with a stand-out bathroom/ shower (a rarity in the UK in our experience).

This was a pure joy.
Everything about the place oozes class. The place is maintained to excellent standards and really compliments the surroundings.

1st class everything was as l would expect, this is the best accommodation l have ever stayed in and l will stay again before to long, the room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was just fantastic with such a choice, the grounds are immaculate and you can sit and watch the birds feeding from a lovely lounge area, l also liked the fact that there is an age restriction on the kids, no smoking and especially no animals, honestly can't wait to return
