  Staff were welcoming, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Excellent breakfast. The accomodation is not luxurious but for the price it was better than I would have expected. Access to the tube was straightforward (though it involved a walk of about 0.5 miles).   The staff were incredibly helpful, totally professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great. We are recommending the hotel to all our colleagues - The Breakfast waiter was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, both receptionists were very professional in their approach.
