  The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable; we also had a great view from our window. We enjoyed perfectly cooked breakfasts from a dining room with a beautiful view over the beach and harbour. The hosts, Brian and Julie were very friendly and welcoming.   All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked.   Booked this B&B at the last minute for a 5 night stay in Newquay. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, light and airy. Breakfast was served in the dining room and had lots of choice. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. Location is ideal as near enough for a short walk to Newquay centre and several beaches but far enough away to be very peacef - Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners, very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room. Fantastic heated outdoor pool. Lovely big garden with sea views. Great breakfast. Town and beach within walking distance. Friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

  Too much to say in one review, I stay away at least two nights a week. It takes a lot for me to a) really impressed and b) almost speechless, however being shown to Room 5 did both those things!! The room itself was huge, and I mean huge. Open plan bath room, with bath and walk in wet room shower, everything in the room was quality from the slate ... что говорят » on the walls and floor in bathroom to the Bose ipod dock. However the thing that dominates the room is the view, ceiling to floor (almost) glass windo - wow the lewinnick lodge is amazing, everything about our stay was fantastic, we stayed for two nights in the sunrise room. huge room with views over fistral beach, room spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable, bose I-pod dock, walk n shower and roll top bath by the window, breakfast included and was very good, we had dinner on both nights and was also excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, fresh milk delivered to our room for tea and coffee if you want good food, great
