I noticed Hotel Indigo had good ratings and reviews and decided to take a look, it looked amazing if not a little above my budget. Hotel was amazing from checking in to booking out. Interior design was
5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable.
Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments,
bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails
are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed
in bed. Last but definitely not least .... The Staff... 5*++++++++ could
not do enough for us and nothing was ever any trouble they definitely

Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. We experienced some difficulties with our booking but the managers could not have done more to rectify the situation. Will we stay there again - absolutely! -

Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Six of us travelled to visit relatives in the area, we booked a table for nine people on our last evening. The restaurant is nicely devided into separate areas, the menu is varied and we all enjoyed our meals. -

On our outgoing night we had a very poor nights sleep due to noisy neighbours but the staff were very sympathetic and refunded the cost of our stay. Incoming we had an excellent nights sleep and lovely breakfast, again the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you all -

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city. Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

If there was an option to give the staff more than a 5 + rating then I would. Thouroughly enjoyed my long weekend here and the staff were remarkably helpful and pleasant. I would hope this gets back to them and they can be commended for this.

This is a really special hotel. We really loved the quirky modern design. Everything was top notch. The staff were super friendly. Because we were kept waiting for a few minutes when we were checking in we were sent to our room with a bottle of champagne. The room was large and bright and decor interesting. Good free wifi - the kitchenette and 2 TVs were an unexpected bonus. (Would love to come back when the strip fire all along the front window of the hotel is alight in the cold weather.)
