we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were beautiful. we absolutely loved dreamhouse apartments! 6 of us girls went for the wkend and it honestly couldnt of been better. the rooms were great and very comfortable and the kitchen lovely and new. spa bath was amazing! we were in Liverpool rd one and it was great location as close to all the shops and bars and clubs! fantastic would definitely recommend

It was a really well furnished, and well appointed aparatment in a great position. Good size and lovely touches such as tea/coffee, milk in the fridge etc. Would really recommend as an alternative to a hotel giving much more freadom. The restaurant downstairs is also great! Would definately stay again
