Everything was excellent about this stay. we were a group of 4 girls going out to a concert and were given ajoining rooms which was fab!! staff were very helpfull in booking us a taxi into manchester and bar staff very nice too. I found the Staff to be very Helpful and Sociable and the room I had wasspotless. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is off the M60 at junction 19 and just along the main road on the left, very easy to find. The receptionist at check out is a really cheerful friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel. Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

Персонал - I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements. For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.

The fact that the reception staff are extremely welcoming, the food from the table table restaurant next door is good, it's quiet - so a good nights sleep is easy to come by and it's very close to the office that I am visiting. -

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were beautiful. I particularly like the dressing mirror with the hairdryer and plug for straighteners etc. In so many hotels, you have to search around for a plug for your hairdryer and then it is not near a mirror - Premier Inn obviously understand a woman's requirements.
