Everything was excellent about this stay. we were a group of 4 girls going out to a concert and were given ajoining rooms which was fab!! staff were very helpfull in booking us a taxi into manchester and bar staff very nice too. The hotel is off the M60 at junction 19 and just along the main road on the left, very easy to find. The receptionist at check out is a really cheerful friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel. Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

Персонал - I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements. 6 of us stayed at the lodge for the Magic weekend at Etihad stadium. We all feel that the valve for money here was excellent. The staff were some of the very best and polite staff we had come across for a while. They really were helpful. The men of which they were 4 were made up with the quality of food that was served up at the buffet breakfast. Very nicely cooked well stocked all you can eat and drink breakfast included in the price. We will definitely recommend an stay here again.

The hotel is a half an hour (very slow journey) bus ride from the city centre but I did get to see another part of Manchester, which I wouldn't have otherwise done. The very quick train from the city centre to Guide Bridge is 6 minutes and the hotel is 15 mins' walk from the station. Not having to dash about (as I do most days), I rather liked the chance to stretch my legs so the initial off-the-beaten track impression was in the end favourable.
