  The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly, they made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. Our room also had a very nice bathroom. The breakfast service was also very good. The hotel proved to be in a very good location, with pleasant walks, while close to the amenieties in the centre of lyndhurst. - excellant location, po... что говорят » lite and helpfull staff. It will be first on the list for any return visit to the area. The food was outstanding and included vege menu. The suites were a delight and worth every penny.

  From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we left the staff were amazing: friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A lovely large room with a pair of comfy chairs. A large TV, tea, coffee, biscuits; shower with fresh towels as required, and good toiletries... что говорят » . There was some noise from the street, as on the second floor was not that bad. As listed premises they are not permitted to change the windows and - The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. I had an evening meal in the pub which was good value. The poub has a lot to offer but I was the only guest on that particular night. Also only another couple in the bar. The pub decor is good and inviting. The manager was saying that weekends get busy but mid week is slow. Also extremely busy in the summer season. I would certainly stay again

  our stay started with what might be in other case a trouble - the room we wanted to stay was double booked,and as we wanted maximum comfort we were bit disappointed. But we were given a lovely room for one night,smaller but cheaper and free drinks, and next day we were transmitted to the room we wanted, and given nice discount. Both rooms were nic... что говорят » e, clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Food also very nice. - The friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere straight away at check in. The room was clean, sunny with a great view of the garden and New Forest beyond. All staff had a great rapport with each other and the guests. The Hotet was preparing for a Wedding the following day and it was great fun to watch the preparations.
