  The extremely helpful and pleasant mannered reception staff. The room was very well designed, great size and comfort, plus very peaceful. The distance from Glasgow may put some off, (well worth the distance), and easy access to M74 Motorway, so only 20 minutes away from Glasgow. Cannot recommend enough !! - Everything, I could not believe that I could get such a great room for such a decent price. I stayed in the Harris suite and it was awsome, the only word to describe it. Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean, bed comfy, breakfast good. All together one of the best hotels within the area regardless of price range.

  The room was excellent and after attending a Christmas Party night it was lovely not to have to drive home. Breakfast was leisurely next morning with a good choice. - friendly helpful staff , everywhere was so clean , food was exellent there is nothing you could fault
