Thanks to the weak pound sterling I could stay at this hotel. I have never met such a nice hotel like this in London before. The room and the bathroom were so clean. The staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful with all our enquires.   Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).

  We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet.
